ZDRAVLJE - ACTAVIS COMPANY
SAP implementation project in Leskovac's Zdravlje ("Health") secured integrated work within that pharmaceutical factory and improved its business practice. Actavis company, one of the top five pharamacy entities in the world, chose Zdravlje in Leskovac to be the first SAP project in the group. B4b was selected as partner on the project.
ADRIS GRUPA d.d.
has impelented SAP system to support its business both in the primary firm and its tobacco and tourism strategic business affiliations.
More than 100 individuals participated in the project team for SAP system implementation that was carried out in 10 different locations in the Republic of Croatia over 19 months period. The worth of the entire implementation project is estimated to more than 3 million euros. SAP solution has been implemented in 5 companies of this concern: Adris d.d., Rovinj, TDR d.d., Rovinj, Istragrafika d.d, Rovinj, Hrvatski duhani d.d., Virovitica, Adria Resorts d.o.o., Rovinj. The implementation covers the following production types: primary tobacco production, tobacco production, package production and printed materials.
HRVATSKI TELEKOM
Since Croatia Telecom's strategic partner Deutsche Telekom is a global SAP user, that factor has largely determined CT's orientation to SAP information system, especially because Deutsche Telekom has seen all the advantages that SAP has brought to its business.
SAP system implementation study has been designed following a request of Croatian Telecom. The project was based on the work of a local expert team. Other than knowing SAP system, the local experts also understand Croatian business peculiarities and language - all of which are crucial points to have a good quality when realizing any project in the country.
BH TELECOM
Project for a leading Bosnia and Herzegovina's company in the area of telecommunication services had been completed in September 2002. This company has ambition to extend its business over the entire country and this was the first step for this firm not owned by any foreign company. It selected b4b from tough competition on the business market.
BG Telcom provides landline telephone services for over 451.000 telephone numbers, mobile telephones (GSMBH) and Internet services (BIH net)
Implementation of SAP solution in BH Telcom may significantly raise its competitiveness in Bosnia and Herzegovina's market.
With this project a Bosnian version of SAP system has been created. The system is translated to Bosnian language and modified with all the necessary updates related to the laws of the country and its business practice.
TELEKOM CRNE GORE & MONET
Montenegro Telecom based in Podgorica is the leading Montenegro operator for landline telephone services, while Monet is a propulsive mobile operator.
The project completed in October 2003 will be an important move in Montenegro Telecom's forthcoming privatization process. It will allow this company to find a strong strategic partner because through SAP system it gains a new level of transparent business, planning opportunities, control over the business and administration.
The project brought about a Montenegro version: solutions and modifications of standardized system have been adjusted to the laws and busness practice of the country.
ERONET
Mostar-based Eroner is the leading landline telephone service operter in Herzegovina and among the leading ones in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It opted for SAP system implementation in order to become more competitive in Bosnia and Herzegovina's market. The project for this company was completed in the first quater of 2004.
Today Eronet provides services to about 130.000 users. It is one of the three mobile operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
CIMOS
B4b has applied the first international project that it won during a competition with Slovenian companies. The project was applied along with implementation of almost all modules of a specialised solution for car industry.
Koper-based Cimos is the leading Slovenian firm in car parts industry and among the leading Slovenian companies. It export its products mostly to West European market.
TVORNICA CEMENTA KAKANJ
The first SAP project has been implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Kakanj-based cement factory is a stock company mostly owned by HeidelbergCement Group, one of the leading world groups in production of construction material. The factory employs about 400 workers.
ELKA d.d.
Leading cable production firm in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia with 700 employees and annual revenue of 60 million euros.
SAP system implementation should achieve stategic goals such as higher quality in information administration that should retain Elka's leading role in the forementioned and new business ventures in Western and other world markets.
SAP solution implemention involves using mySAP Business Suite solutions as well as IS-DIMP (industry solution for discrete industry and mill products) that will completely improve Elka's unique industrial practice.
GETRO
Implementation of SAP R/3 Retail Industry Solution is currently underway in Getro. This is an industrial solution for both retail and wholsale trades that would allow Getro a more effective managing and increase satisfaction on the part of its customers.
